Suitable applicant

  • Holds a non-business bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification;
  • Has at least 3 years of management or team-lead experience. We value both people and process management experience. Show us that in your submitted CV;
  • Holds sufficient proficiency in English (B2);
    • EBS entrance exam in English at least 75% out of maximum result;
    • Internationally recognized language test on the level of B2 and corresponding to the following scores
      •  IELTS 6.0 (with at least 5.5 in each component). Please note that the IELTS test result is valid for 2 years.
      • TOEFL iBT score 85 (for exams taken before January 21, 2026) or 4.5 (for exams taken after January 21, 2026). Please note that the TOEFL test result is valid for 2 years.
      • Cambridge English Exam CEFR level B2
      • Duolingo English Test score 110 points
      • Previous studies fully conducted in English;
  • Demonstrates their drive in a catchy application:
  • Completes the admission interview at EBS:
    • admission interview scores at least 6 points out of maximum 12 points. 
    • admission interview is evaluated based on 3 criteria: ambition, motivation, argumentation skill.

To complete the MBA programme, it is necessary to successfully pass the graduation module, which consists of four graduation capstones. The purpose of the composite examinations is to assess the student's ability to integrate the knowledge and skills acquired in the core subjects of the MBA programme.


The second year is summed up by completing the graduation module.

Study format:

Studies are in a session-based format, which allows to study without interrupting your professional life. Lectures and seminars take place every second week on Fridays and Saturdays between 10:00-17:15. As an exception some lectures can take place on Thursdays.

  

We have structured our master's program in such a way that active learning takes place in the classroom through discussions, groupwork and practical tasks. Group dynamics and communication are an integral part of learning, and that's why we put a lot of emphasis on it. In between meetings, you need to contribute to your studies by preparing for lectures or seminars.
